WE OFFER
SNOWFIT
SKI & SNOWBOARD CONDITIONING PROGRAM
What It Is:
SnowFit is Panetta Physical Therapy’s pre-season conditioning program built specifically for skiers and snowboarders. A licensed physical therapist evaluates your strength, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns, then builds a training plan that targets the muscles and movements winter sports demand most.
Who It’s For:
Skiers and snowboarders of any level looking to start the season strong
Anyone returning to the slopes after an injury or time off
Weekend warriors who want to reduce next-day soreness and injury risk
Winter athletes who want better endurance, balance, and control on the mountain
What to Expect:
An initial movement and strength assessment with one of our physical therapists
A personalized training plan focused on leg strength, core stability, and balance
Sport-specific drills that mimic the demands of skiing and snowboarding
Ongoing progress checks to keep your program on track through the season
Why It’s Helpful:
Most ski and snowboard injuries happen because the body isn’t prepared for the specific demands of the sport. SnowFit helps close that gap before you hit the mountain, so you spend less time managing soreness or nursing an injury and more time on the slopes.
FITGOLF®
GOLF PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
What It Is:
Panetta Physical Therapy is a certified FitGolf® Performance Center. FitGolf looks at your golf swing from a different angle — your body. Our therapists evaluate your balance, strength, and flexibility, compare it to what your swing actually requires, and build a program to close the gap using FitGolf’s 3R Training Approach: Release, Re-educate, and Rebuild.
Who It’s For:
Golfers of any skill level who want to swing better and hurt less
Golfers dealing with recurring back, hip, shoulder, or elbow pain
Players looking to add distance or consistency through improved mobility and strength
Anyone returning to golf after an injury or surgery
What to Expect:
A full physical evaluation, including strength, flexibility, and balance testing
Computerized swing analysis showing how your body affects your swing
Release: hands-on techniques to release tight, restricted tissue
Re-educate: golf-specific exercises to control your new range of motion
Rebuild: strength and power training to swing with confidence
Why It’s Helpful:
Many golf injuries and performance plateaus come from physical limitations, not swing mechanics alone. FitGolf addresses the root cause in your body, so your swing can actually change and hold up over time.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
BUILD STRENGTH, SPEED & RESILIENCE
What It Is:
Our athletic performance program is designed for athletes of all ages and levels who want to move better, get stronger, and lower their risk of injury. A physical therapist evaluates your strength, mobility, and movement patterns, then builds a training plan around your specific sport and goals.
Who It’s For:
Youth, high school, and adult athletes preparing for a season
Athletes recovering from injury who need a bridge back to full sport participation
Weekend athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to train smarter
Anyone who wants a structured plan to build strength, speed, and agility
What to Expect:
A baseline movement and performance assessment
A training program built around your sport’s specific demands
Strength, power, agility, and conditioning work supervised by a licensed physical therapist
Return-to-sport testing for athletes coming back from injury
Why It’s Helpful:
Training with a physical therapist means your program is built on how your body actually moves, not a generic template. That means fewer injuries, better performance, and a program that adapts as you progress.
