Steve wiley
Steve graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2014 where he was member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society. Previous to this, he graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s in history. While attending Princeton, he was a four year member of the Men’s Track and Field team where he specialized in the high jump.
Steve’s clinic experience included working for Carillon Nursing Home where he evaluated and treated geriatric patients with disorders ranging from strokes to balance/conditioning issues. He spent time at Huntington Hospital where he evaluated and treated patients in an acute hospital setting through rotations in different hospital units including Cardiac and Pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological and oncology. Steve’s focus has been in the outpatient orthopedic setting including clinical work for Island Sports Physical Therapy and currently is the Director of Panetta Physical Therapy in Roslyn. Steve is also the head of the Fitgolf program in Roslyn where he works with amateur and professional golfers on their body mechanics and fitness with golf specific goals aimed at improving performance on the course.
Steve enjoys playing golf, basketball and swimming in his free time, as well as, outdoor activities. Steve has worked as a personal trainer for the past 6 years working with a variety of clientele to help meet their fitness goals.
